Frequently asked questions
Are these real OET past papers? +
No. Sharing real OET past papers would breach CBLA copyright. The cases are original, written to match the format, length, and clinical realism of OET case notes.
Which professions are supported? +
Nurse, doctor, dentist, pharmacist, physiotherapist, dietitian, occupational therapist, optometrist, podiatrist, radiographer, speech pathologist, and veterinary.
Can I trust the model letter to be band 350? +
The model letters are drafted to band 350 (Grade B) standard but are generated, not examiner-marked. Use them as a structural reference, not a guaranteed Grade B.
How many letters can I generate per day? +
Free users get a daily allowance and email-verified users get more. Logged-in users can also save their practice history to the dashboard.
